ما به دنبال یک کارشناس خرید و تدارکات جوان و پرانرژی هستیم که به تیم ما در تهران بپیوندد. این نقش نیازمند آشنایی با صنعت بهداشتی و دارویی و داشتن مهارت‌های قوی در تصمیم‌گیری و حل مسائل است. شما مسئولیت خواهید داشت تا با استفاده از دانش خود در زمینه تأمین و مذاکره با تامین‌کنندگان تجهیزات پزشکی فرآیندهای خرید شرکت را بهبود بخشید.

شرح شغل:

• شناسایی و ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان معتبر تجهیزات پزشکی و لوازم مصرفی.
• مدیریت فرآیندهای خرید تجهیزات پزشکی و تعامل با تامین‌کنندگان.
• نظارت بر قراردادها و توافق‌نامه‌های خرید.
• ایجاد و نگهداری روابط قوی و موثر با تامین‌کنندگان.
• مذاکره برای بهبود شرایط قراردادها و کاهش هزینه‌ها.
• همکاری با سایر تیم‌های داخلی برای ایجاد استراتژی‌های خرید کارآمد.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با اصول و فرآیندهای مذاکره.
• توانایی تصمیم‌گیری مؤثر و حل مسائل.
• آشنایی با تجهیزات پزشکی و لوازم مصرفی.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کار در بیمارستان‌ها.

We are looking for a young and energetic purchasing and procurement specialist to join our team in Tehran. This role requires familiarity with the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry and strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for improving the company's purchasing processes by using your knowledge of sourcing and negotiating with medical equipment suppliers.

Roles:

• Identify and evaluate valid suppliers of medical equipment and consumables.
• Manage the processes of buying medical equipment and interacting with suppliers.
• Monitor contracts and purchase agreements.
• Create and maintain strong and effective relationships with suppliers.
• Improve contract conditions and reduce costs.
• Cooperate with other domestic teams to create efficient purchasing strategies.

Requirements:

• Introduction to the principles and processes of negotiation.
• Ability to make effective decisions and solve problems.
• Introduction to medical equipment and consumables.
• At least 3 years of experience in hospitals.
