Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with VMware and Microsoft services including Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, Certificate Services, and more
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Maintain and Troubleshoot Microsoft operating systems and services, including Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, IIS, and Office 365
- Maintain and Troubleshoot VMware vSphere Environment
- Maintain and Troubleshoot the VEEAM Backup Solution
- Research and Develop New Technology as Business Needs
- Windows and AD Server Security Hardening
- Familiar with Linux
- Listen attentively to customers’ questions and concerns and offer optimal solutions Responding to users, following up, and resolving problems.
