This is a full-time remote job, with 173 hours per month and your work will be tracked using the Time Doctor platform. 

Fluent English communication skills are a must. (Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading)

• Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, design, copywriting, segmentation, testing, deployment, and analysis.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and compelling offers that resonate with our target audience.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to build and manage email workflows, customer journeys, and dynamic content personalization.
• Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, and incorporate innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve overall email marketing performance and ROI.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Proficiency in cold email marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as [e.g., Brevo, HubSpot, Instantly, etc.] and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent copywriting and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
