درباره موقعیت شغلی:

به‌عنوان طراح UI/UX در بومرنگ شما مسئول طراحی رابط‌ها و تجربه‌های کاربریِ ساده، جذاب و کاربردی برای وب‌سایت و اپلیکیشن موبایل هستید و به طور مستقیم با تیم‌های محصول و توسعه همکاری خواهید کرد.

مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

• انجام تحقیقات کاربری برای شناسایی نیازها و رفتار کاربران.
• طراحی وایرفریم‌ها، پروتوتایپ‌ها و ماکاپ‌های دقیق و کاربردی.
• طراحی رابط‌های کاربری Responsive و دسترس‌پذیر (Accessible).
• توسعه و نگهداری دیزاین سیستم و کتابخانه الگوهای طراحی.
• اجرای تست‌های کاربردپذیری و بهبود طراحی بر اساس بازخوردها.
• همکاری مستقیم با تیم محصول، توسعه و ذی‌نفعان پروژه.

مهارت‌های مورد نیاز:

• حداقل 4 سال سابقه در طراحی UI/UX.
• تسلط به ابزارهای طراحی مانند: Figma ،Adobe XD ،Sketch ،Photoshop ،Illustrator.
• آشنایی عمیق با اصول UX، طراحی Responsive و Accessible.
• توانایی کار تیمی و برقراری ارتباط موثر و شفاف.

مزیت‌های اضافه (الزامی نیست اما اولویت دارند):

• تجربه در حوزه تجارت الکترونیک (E-Commerce) یا فین‌تک.
• آشنایی با مبانی توسعه فرانت‌اند.
• توانایی در طراحی موشن (Motion) یا Micro-Interaction.

About the Position:

As a UI/UX designer at Boomerang, you'll craft intuitive, user-focused designs for web and mobile applications, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Design responsive and accessible interfaces.
• Maintain design systems and UI libraries.
• Perform usability testing and iterative improvements.
• Work closely with product teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX solutions and high-quality UI.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred But Not Required:

• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or digital marketing products.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS).
• Skills in motion design or micro-interaction.
