DigiExpress is a forward-thinking logistic company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. The Compensation & Benefits Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs. The successful candidate for this position will have a thorough knowledge of current compensation and benefits issues, structure design, and the ability to think strategically and implement tactical plans.
Responsibilities:
- Design the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc.) aligned with the corporate culture and corporate values.
- Conduct salary surveys to determine competitive compensation plans and benefits programs.
- Control incentive payments and non-cash benefits policies.
- Calculate and control bonuses based on OKR/KPI/Incentive.
- Plan and monitor the HR budget.
- Conducting periodic audits and preparing reports.
- Monitor all compensation and benefits-related payments and activities within the company’s policy.
- Provide and manage ESOP policy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits-related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel.
