مجتمع تجاری ـ اداری نوساز ال‌مال واقع در زنجان ـ شهرک کارمندان ـ بلوار مهدوی استخدام می‌کند.

شرح وظایف:

• برنامه‌ریزی و استراتژی‌سازی: تعیین اهداف کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت.
• مدیریت عملیات روزانه: نظارت بر فعالیت‌های روزمره مجتمع (مدیریت فروشگاه‌ها، خدمات مشتری و تأمین‌کنندگان).
• مدیریت مالی: کنترل هزینه‌ها و بودجه‌بندی.
• نظارت بر خدمات مشتری: اطمینان از ارائه خدمات با کیفیت به مشتریان و رسیدگی به شکایات آن‌ها.
• ایجاد روابط با تأمین‌کنندگان و شرکا: همکاری با برندها و تأمین‌کنندگان.
• گزارش‌دهی به مدیریت بالاتر: ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای در مورد عملکرد مجتمع.
• ال‌مال دارای طبقه شامل کارواش، هایپر مارکت، رستوران و فودکورت، شهربازی کودکان، باشگاه ورزشی، فروشگاه‌های مد و پوشاک، طلا و جواهرات، صرافی و واحدهای اداری است.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل شش سال سابقه کار مدیریتی.
• توانایی مدیریت در سطوح کلان.

Duties description:

Planning and strategizing: setting short-term and long-term goals
Daily operations management: monitoring the daily activities of the complex (store management, customer service and suppliers).
Financial management: cost control I see, Budgeting
Monitoring customer service: ensuring quality service to customers and handling their complaints.
Establishing relationships with suppliers and partners: working with brands and suppliers
Reporting to higher management : Providing periodic reports on the performance of Al Mall complex with floors including car wash, hypermarket, restaurant and food court, children's playground, sports club, fashion and clothing stores, gold and jewelry, exchange and are administrative units.
