کارشناس سیستم‌ها و روش‌ها | Systems and Methods Expert

مسئولیت‌ها:

• مدل‌سازی و مدیریت فرآیند، شامل توسعه نقشه فرآیندی و شناسایی فرآیندها جدید و تهیه روش‌های اجرایی مرتبط.
• باز مهندسی فرآیندها.
• تعامل با واحدهای مختلف به منظور شناسایی نیازهای و اجرای آن در سیستم اطلاعاتی به صورت یکپارچه.
• تهیه راهکار برای مشکلات سیستمی و معماری سازمانی از طریق آنالیز و الگوبرداری.
• مدیریت فرآیند و تعریف برنامه‌های بهبود.
• مدت قرارداد آزمایشی: 3 ماه.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا سه‌شنبه از 8 صبح تا 5 عصر؛ چهارشنبه‌ها از 8 صبح تا 4 عصر (با یک ساعت شناوری).
• پاداش و مزایا: بیمه تکمیلی، ناهار، اماکن رفاهی، هدایای مناسبتی و غیره.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی صنایع از دانشگاه‌های معتبر.
• حداقل پنج سال تجربه در زمینه‌های مشابه.
• آشنایی با متدولوژی طراحی سیستم‌ها.
• مسلط به مدیریت فرایندهای کسب‌وکاری (BPM).
• آشنایی با استانداردها به خصوص استاندارد‌ها مدیریت فرآیند (ایزو 9001) و ایزو 27001.
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای حوزه‌های مالی، بازرگانی، منابع انسانی و امنیت.
• آشنایی با تکنولوژی‌های هوشمند تجاری (Microsoft Power BI).

داشتن موارد زیر شما را در اولویت بررسی قرار می‌دهد:

• آشنایی با ایزو 20000 و ITIL.
• تجربه کاری در حوزه‌های پرداخت و بانکی.

• Process modeling and management, including the development of process maps and identification and related implementation methods.
• Re-engineer business processes.
• Interacting with other departments in order to identify the needs and feasibility assessment for implementation in the Management information system.
• Propose solutions to architecture and system related problems through benchmarking and business analysis.
• Manage process and system improvement programs.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields
• Familiarity with systems design methodology.
• Good knowledge of BPM discipline and processes
• Familiar with ISO standards especially process management standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001)
• Familiarity with processes in the field of finance, commercial and human resources.
• Familiarity with business intelligence technologies (Microsoft Power BI).
• Familiarity with ITIL, ISO20000 is an advantage
• Experience in Payment or banking environment is an advantage
