We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Specialist to lead and manage key human resources functions in a fast-paced tech-driven environment. This role will focus on technical recruitment, employee development, performance management, and fostering a strong organizational culture aligned with our strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Plan and manage recruitment processes for our teams
- Draft and publish job descriptions on appropriate platforms
- Conduct behavioral interviews and evaluate candidates
- Track and analyze recruitment performance metrics
2. Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments and design learning programs
- Collaborate with team leads to define employee career paths
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements
3. HR Operations
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance reviews, offboarding
- Support the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
- Implement retention strategies for key talents
4. Strategic HR & Employee Relations
- Develop HR strategies: short- and long-term goal planning, workforce analysis, budgeting
- Analyze HR data to improve decision-making and produce executive reports
- Manage organizational change: communicate effectively and reduce resistance
- Ensure fair and prompt resolution of employee concerns and grievances
- Design and manage performance evaluation systems and development plans
- Implement competitive compensation and benefits systems to attract and retain talent
5. Organizational Culture & Communication
- Initiate and manage programs that enhance company culture and employee engagement
- Foster a transparent and positive workplace through effective internal communications
- Promote teamwork and psychological safety across departments
6. Executive HR Support
- Align HR practices with overall business strategy in collaboration with leadership
- Deliver periodic HR reports and actionable insights to top management
- Contribute to key decision-making processes in the HR domain
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of recruitment for technical positions
- Full knowledge of local labor laws and social security regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HR data systems and reporting tools is a plus
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
