Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of employee performance evaluation systems based on key performance indicators (KPI)
Analysis and Reviewing performance data and providing comprehensive reports to senior managers
Creating and developing performance improvement processes and providing continuous feedback to employees
Collaborating with the human resources team to optimize evaluation processes and improve organizational efficiency
Executing methods Multi-faceted evaluation such as 360-degree evaluation and preparation of relevant reports
Periodic monitoring and evaluation of employees' performance and suggestions for improvement
Skills and characteristics required:
1. Education and technical knowledge: Related education: Bachelor or Master in management fields (human resources, industrial, government) Knowledge of performance management: mastery of performance evaluation methods and systems such as performance management models (critical incident, 360 degrees, KPI).
Analytical knowledge: Mastery of data analysis software and tools, such as Excel, Power BI, SPSS, to analyze performance data.
2. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data: ability to analyze performance data to identify strengths and weaknesses. Strategic thinking: ability to examine and analyze data with a strategic perspective and evaluate how employee performance affects organizational goals. Interpretation of performance indicators: the ability to understand and interpret key performance indicators (KPI) and suggest solutions for improvement. Reporting tools: mastery of analytical report generation tools, such as Tableau or other management dashboard software. 3. Communication and management skills: Effective communication ability: the ability to communicate with managers and employees to provide effective feedback and explain the results of evaluations.
