شرح شغل:

• شناسایی و انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان محتمل و معتبر.
• مذاکره با تامین‌کنندگان برای بدست‌آوردن بهترین قیمت و شرایط خرید.
• برنامه‌ریزی، توجه به جزئیات و پیگیری امور.
• ارزیابی عملکرد تامین‌کنندگان به طور منظم.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با امور بازرگانی و فرآیند خرید خارجی و واردات کالا از قبیل سورسینگ، ثبت سفارش، خرید، حمل، ترخیص و قوانین و مقررات مربوطه.
• آشنایی با سامانه جامع تجارت و ثبت سفارش‌ها.
• مسلط به اصول منبع‌یابی و کار با پورتال‌های سورسینگ.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی و مکاتبات خارجی.
• مهارت‌های قوی در مذاکره و ارتباطات.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان و سازماندهی.
• تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه خرید و تدارکات.
• توانایی کار در محیطی پویا و تیمی.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• افراد دارای سابقه کار در سورسینگ در اولویت استخدام هستند.

Responsibilities: - Identifying and selecting likely and reliable suppliers - Negotiating with suppliers to get the best price and purchase conditions - Getting to know business affairs and the process of foreign purchase and import of goods such as sourcing, order registration, purchase, transportation, clearance, etc., related rules and regulations
- Familiarity with the comprehensive system of trade and order registration
- Proficient in the principles of sourcing and working with sourcing portals
- Proficient in English and foreign correspondence
- planning, paying attention to details and follow-up
- evaluating suppliers' performance regularly

Competencies:
- having a degree in management, business or business
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage time and organization
- Having relevant work experience in the field of purchasing and procurement
