شرح شغل:

• ثبت سفارش و پیگیری مراحل مربوطه تا حصول نتیجه.
• تهیه و تنظیم اسناد حمل، مکاتبات مربوطه با ادارات و بانک‌ها.
• اخذ ترخیصیه و انجام امور مربوطه.
• پیگیری امور مربوط به اخذ شناسه کالا جهت واردات.
• چک کردن اظهارنامه‌ها از لحاظ کلیه نکات مورد نظر شرکت.
• پیگیری پرونده‌ها در سازمان‌های مربوطه در صورت نیاز مراجعه حضوری.
• پیگیری امور مربوط به تمدید کارت بازرگانی، رتبه‌بندی و تمدید نمایندگی خدمات پس از فروش.
• بایگانی و نگهداری دفاتر و اسناد مربوطه.
• انجام سایر امور محوله در حیطه واردات و بازرگانی.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با پروسه‌های بانکی خرید ارز.
• مسلط به تهیه اسناد حمل.
• مسلط به پروسه‌های بازرگانی خارجی و ثبت سفارش.
• مسلط به سامانه‌های NTSW و EPL.
• آشنایی با پروسه تمدید عضویت اتاق و دریافت کارت بازرگانی.
• منضبط، دقیق و مسئولیت‌پذیر.

Checking the declarations in terms of all points desired by the company
Follow-up of cases in the relevant organizations, if necessary, visit in person
Following up on business card renewal - rating - renewal of after-sales service agency
Filing and maintaining relevant offices and documents
Carrying out other tasks assigned in the field of import and trade
