ماموریت شما در شرکت زرین پخش، بهبود و بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای تیم فروش و بررسی و کنترل پروموشن‌ها به منظور اطمینان از اجرای صحیح رویه‌ها، بهبود عملکرد تیم فروش و افزایش کارایی است.

وظایف:

• طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های پروموشن‌ها طبق اعلام بخش‌نامه جدید توسط تیم فروش.
• ارسال فرمت جدید پروموشن‌ها برای نمایندگان جهت تکمیل میزان فروش در فایل.
• تحلیل نتایج پروموشن‌ها و محاسبه پرداختی‌ها جهت تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های جامع از عملکرد پروموشن‌ها برای مدیرعامل.
• جمع‌آوری داده‌های فروش و عملکرد نمایندگان جهت محاسبه (Target Achievement System) بر اساس اهداف تعیین شده و عملکرد واقعی نمایندگان.
• ارائه گزارش‌های ماهانه از نتایج TAS به واحد مالی و مدیر مربوطه.
• نظارت بر سطح موجودی کالاها در انبار نماینده و شعب جهت شناسایی و بررسی اختلافات موجودی انبار.
• تهیه گزارش‌های دقیق از موجودی انبار و اختلافات جهت ارائه به مدیران فروش و مدیرعامل.
• تهیه و تدوین کارنامه‌های ماهانه نمایندگان جهت ارزیابی و تحلیل عملکرد و ارسال برای نمایندگان.
• جمع‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌های مربوط به SFI از تامین‌کنندگان جهت محاسبه و ارائه بخش‌نامه‌ها.
• برگزاری جلسات ماهانه با مدیران ارشد فروش جهت تدوین بخش‌نامه SFI و ارسال برای تیم فروش.
• محاسبه بودجه پروموشن‌ها بر اساس بودجه کلی اعلام شده از طرف مدیر ارشد دپارتمان.
• هماهنگی با واحد مالی جهت تعریف پروموشن‌ها در سیستمERP.
• هماهنگی و برقراری ارتباط با نمایندگان جهت حل مسائل مرتبط با اجرای پروموشن‌ها و رفع اختلافات احتمالی در محاسبات.
• جمع‌آوری و تهیه گزارش‌های فروش و پشتیبانی جهت ارائه پیشنهادهای بهبود بر اساس تحلیل‌های انجام شده برای سرپرست مربوطه.

Job Purpose:

• Improving and optimizing the processes of the sales team and reviewing and controlling promotions to ensure the correct implementation of procedures, improve the performance of the sales team, and increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing promotions programs according to the announcement of the new letter by the sales team.
• Sending the new format of promotions to representatives to complete the number of sales in the file.
• Analyzing the results of promotions and calculating payments to prepare and present comprehensive reports on the performance of promotions for the CEO.
• Collecting sales data and representative performance to calculate TAS (Target Achievement System) based on set goals and actual performance of representatives.
• Providing monthly reports of TAS results to the financial unit and the relevant manager.
• Monitoring the inventory level of the goods in the agent's warehouse and branches to identify and check the warehouse inventory discrepancies.
• Preparing detailed reports of warehouse inventory and discrepancies to present to sales managers and CEO.
• Preparing and editing the monthly reports of the representatives to evaluate and analyze the performance and send them to the representatives.
• Collecting and analyzing data related to SFI from suppliers to calculate and present parts of letters.
• Holding monthly meetings with senior sales managers to compile the SFI letter and send it to the sales team.
• Calculating the budget for promotions based on the general budget announced by the senior director of the department.
• Coordinating with the financial unit to define promotions in the ERP system.
• Coordinating and communicating with representatives to solve issues related to the implementation of promotions and resolve possible disputes in calculations.
• Collecting and preparing sales and support reports to provide improvement suggestions based on the analysis done for the relevant supervisor.
