شرح وظایف:

• ایجاد تسک‌ها در جیرا.
• پیاده‌سازی چارچوب اسکرام.
• کوچینگ افراد تیم با تمرکز بر ارزش‌های چارچوب اسکرام.
• اولویت‌بندی بکلاگ‌ها با هماهنگی مدیر فنی و مدیر واحد.
• تهیه گزارش از روند پیشرفت تیم‌ها و پروژه‌ها.
• تسهیل‌گری در برگزاری جلسات منظم و روزانه اسکرام و سایر جلسات مورد نیاز.
• هدایت تیم در راستای خودسازماندهی و خودمدیریتی افراد تیم.
• شناسایی و رفع موانع تیم توسعه.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به اصول مدیریت پروژه چابک.
• مسلط به کار با Jira.
• تسلط نسبی به اصول Coaching.
• تسلط نسبی به چرخه تولید نرم‌افزار.
• آشنایی با تکنیک‌های بصری‌سازی و تحلیل‌های نموداری.
• آشنایی با اصول Gamification.
• توانمندی کار تیمی.

Task Description:

The creation of tasks in the jira
Implementation
Coaching team people focusing on the values of the score framework
Prioritization of Backlogs in coordination with the technical manager and unit manager
Providing reports of the progress of teams and projects
Facilitate in holding regular and daily sessions of Scram and other required sessions
Guiding the team in line with the self -management and self -management of the team
Identifying and removing the Barriers to Development Team
