General Job Description:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing programs aimed at strengthening brand positioning, expanding into new markets, and increasing the effectiveness of the organization’s marketing communications. This role requires an analytical approach, strategic vision, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve overarching business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s overall objectives
Conduct market research and analyze relevant data to identify opportunities and threats
Develop strategies for entering new markets and increasing existing market share
Plan and oversee advertising campaigns, promotions, and branding activities
Evaluate campaign and marketing channel performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
Establish and maintain professional relationships with key clients, media outlets, advertising agencies, and other stakeholders
Supervise the consistency of brand visual identity and messaging across all marketing channels
Collaborate closely with the sales, production, and product teams to align business goals
Manage human and financial resources of the marketing department (budgeting)
Prepare and present marketing performance reports to senior management
Digital Marketing:
Manage digital channels including the website and social media platforms
Job Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Management, MBA, etc.)
At least 5 years of experience in the marketing field
Full familiarity with digital and traditional marketing tools and techniques
Proficiency in branding concepts, market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior
Strong abilities in planning, organizing, project and team management
Excellent communication and professional negotiation skills
Proficiency in English at a functional level
