Responsibilities:
- Assessing training needs and conducting training courses, including checking the effectiveness of training and ensuring the implementation of fair training practices.
- Preparing competency profiles for employees.
- Designing and implementing/coordinating individual and leadership development programs (IDP, LDP, Coaching, etc.)
- Implementing 360-degree feedback.
- Implementing Succession Planning.
- Recognizing High-impact employees.
- Cooperating in the performance management process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
