• ثبت اسناد مالی در نرم‌افزار سپیدار.
• ثبت اسناد تنخواه و فاکتورهای فروش.
• بایگانی و به‌روزرسانی تمامی اسناد مالی.
• پیگیری‌های تلفنی واحد مالی.
• انجام کلیه اموربانکی شرکت.
• پیگیری‌های مالی داخل و خارج از شرکت.
• پیگیری مستمر فعالیت‌های مالی تا تحقق دستیابی به نتایج.
• مدیر مستقیم: مدیر مالی.
• مدت قرارداد آزمایشی: 1 ماه.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از9:30 صبح تا 19؛ پنجشنبه‌ها 9:30تا ساعت 14:30 ظهر.

Responsibilities:

Registering financial documents in Sepidar software
Registering warehouse documents in Sepidar software
Registering receipt and payment documents in Sepidar software
Carrying out all matters related to insurance and personnel taxes< br> Archiving and updating of all financial documents
Telephone follow-ups of the financial unit
Doing all the company's banking affairs
Calculation of the cost price of imported goods
Financial follow-ups inside and outside the company
Follow-up Continuous financial activities until achieving the results

Specialized abilities and skills

Ability to prepare financial documents
Ability to use specialized financial and accounting software (Sepidar software)
Ability to write financial and accounting reports
Mastery of ICDL skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Direct manager: financial manager. Subcategory people: 4 financial experts.
Duration of trial contract: 1 month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9 am to 5 pm, Thursdays until 1 am with 30 minutes of floating.
