شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پنج سال تجربه در شناسایی، جذب و مدیریت بهترین افراد.
• توانایی طراحی مسیرهای حرفه‌ای کارکنان با دانش جامع در حوزه‌های مختلف منابع انسانی (استخدام، توسعه، مزایا، قوانین کار).
• مهارت فوق‌العاده در برقراری ارتباط و ایجاد تعاملات سازنده.
• توانایی به سرانجام رساندن چندین پروژه به صورت هم‌زمان با انرژی و دقت بالا.
• دقت و توجه مثال‌زدنی در مدیریت اطلاعات و فرآیندهای حساس منابع انسانی.
• انعطاف‌پذیری و توانایی پیش‌بینی آینده در محیط‌ های پرچالش و پویا.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای HRIS و ابزارهای دیجیتال مزیت محسوب می‌گردد.

- Designing the professional paths of employees with comprehensive knowledge in various areas of human resources (recruitment, development, benefits, labor laws)
- Having great skills in Communicating and creating constructive interactions
-Completing several projects at the same time with high energy and accuracy
-Exemplary accuracy and attention in managing information and sensitive processes of human resources
-Flexibility and ability prediction The future in challenging and dynamic environments
- familiarity with HRIS software and digital tools is considered an advantage.
