About the Role

About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure Proper Supporting Data for New Initiatives: Gather and validate data to support new projects, ensuring accuracy and relevance through stakeholder collaboration.
- Maintain Appropriate Data Collection and Storage: Oversee efficient and compliant data collection for new products.
- Conduct Comprehensive Impact Assessments After Rollout: Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives by analyzing outcomes and using insights to guide future strategies
- Work with client-side event tracking tools to gather and analyze user interaction data, ensuring accurate data capture and interpretation for enhancing customer experience.
- Analyze product usage data to identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards, providing real-time insights for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years in data analysis, product analytics, or a related role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Looker). Familiarity with client-side event tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Segment) is beneficial. Knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Learning Mindset: You are eager to learn and grow, comfortable seeking help from peers, and open to constructive feedback.
- Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for accuracy, ensuring data is correct and insights are reliable.
- Communication: You can convey findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, and you are comfortable working with a team.
