اکنون در مسیر گسترش عملیات و افزایش بهره‌وری سازمانی، به‌دنبال جذب مدیر اجرایی (COO) با تجربه، دقیق و دارای رویکرد استراتژیک هستیم؛ فردی که بتواند با مدیریت تیم‌های عملیاتی، پیاده‌سازی فرآیندهای کارآمد و هماهنگی میان واحدهای کلیدی، شرکت را در رسیدن به اهداف کلان و رشد پایدار همراهی کند.

مسئولیت‌ها:
برنامه‌ریزی، سازمان‌دهی و نظارت بر کلیه فعالیت‌های عملیاتی شرکت
طراحی و پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های اجرایی و فرآیندهای استاندارد
هدایت تیم‌های پشتیبانی، منابع انسانی، مالی، حقوقی، فنی و امنیت اطلاعات
کنترل بودجه‌های عملیاتی و بهینه‌سازی هزینه‌ها
همکاری نزدیک با مدیرعامل و تیم استراتژیک برای تعیین اهداف و اولویت‌ها
طراحی شاخص‌های عملکرد کلیدی (KPIs) برای تیم‌ها و ارزیابی عملکرد
نظارت بر مدیریت ریسک، انطباق (Compliance) و سیاست‌های ضدپولشویی (AML)
ارتباط مستمر با نهادهای قانونی، تنظیم‌گر و شرکای خارجی

شرایط احراز:
حداقل 8 سال تجربه اجرایی در شرکت‌های فناوری‌محور یا مالی
تسلط کامل به مفاهیم مدیریت عملیاتی، سازمانی و سیستم‌های ERP
آشنایی کامل با فرآیندهای AML/KYC، قوانین مالیاتی و قوانین تجارت بین‌الملل
توانایی رهبری تیم‌های چندبخشی و هماهنگی بین‌دپارتمانی
تسلط به گزارش‌گیری، تحلیل داده و ارائه گزارش‌های مدیریتی
مهارت بالا در حل مسئله، تصمیم‌گیری سریع و تفکر استراتژیک
تسلط به زبان انگلیسی (مکاتبه، جلسات کاری، قراردادها)

ویژگی‌های ترجیحی:
تجربه کار در اکوسیستم استارتاپی یا بازار رمزارز
آشنایی با چارچوب‌های امنیت سایبری، ساختارهای نظارتی و قوانین بین‌المللی
سابقه تعامل با بانک مرکزی، نهادهای ناظر یا شرکت‌های فین‌تک

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement operational systems, strategies, and procedures
• Manage daily operations across departments: finance, HR, legal, compliance, tech, and customer support
• Drive KPI monitoring and operational reporting across the organization
• Ensure AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC, and compliance with legal & regulatory frameworks
• Lead cost optimization and improve resource efficiency
• Coordinate with the CEO and executive team to execute strategic plans
• Develop risk management processes and business continuity protocols
• Represent the company in key negotiations, strategic partnerships, and regulator interactions

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in senior operational or executive roles (preferably in FinTech, Crypto, or SaaS)
• Strong leadership and organizational development skills
• Full proficiency in operational frameworks and ERP systems
• In-depth knowledge of compliance (AML/KYC), taxation, and international business regulations
• Advanced skills in data analysis, budgeting, and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
• Fluent in English (verbal & written)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in startups, blockchain/crypto industries, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and global licensing standards
• Prior interaction with central banks or regulatory bodies is a plus
