Job Summary:
As a Senior BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that empower our decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and data models to meet business needs.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all BI tools and platforms.
- Monitor and improve existing BI solutions to enhance performance and usability.
- Lead and mentor junior BI developers and analysts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in BI development, data analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and optimizing large datasets.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
