مسئولیت‌ها:

• طراحی و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش برای افزایش سهم بازار.
• شناسایی و جذب مشتریان جدید و حفظ ارتباط با مشتریان فعلی.
• مدیریت تیم فروش و هماهنگی با بخش‌های مختلف شرکت.
• نظارت بر عملکرد فروش و گزارش‌دهی به مدیران ارشد.
• تحلیل و پیش‌بینی روندهای بازار و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود.
• آموزش و ارتقای مهارت‌های تیم فروش در زمینه محصولات و فرآیندهای فروش مقاطع آهنی و فولادی.

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی مدیریت و رهبری تیم فروش.
• توانایی تیم‌سازی و استخدام نیرو.
• توانایی آموزش پرسنل.
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای فروش، بازار و نیازهای مشتریان در صنعت مقاطع آهنی و فولادی.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مذاکره قوی.

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with sales and CRM software
Familiar with English
Ability to analyze the market and provide sales strategies
