کارشناس تکوین محصول | Product Development Expert

شرح شغل:

• تهیه مستندات، روش‌های اجرایی و دستورالعمل‌های مربوط به واحد مهندسی APQP ،FMEA ،PPAP ،Pokayoke.
• تهیه و به‌روزآوری مدارک مهندسی جهت اخذ تاییدیه محصول.
• تهیه و استانداردسازی دستورالعمل‌های تولیدی مطابق مدارک مهندسی.
• مدون‌سازی و اطلاع‌رسانی طرح‌ها و نتایج تحقیق و توسعه در سطح واحدهای دخیل به منظور ایجاد آمادگی فنی، انسانی، برنامه‌ای در خصوص روش‌ها و محصولات آتی.
• به‌روزآوری مستمر لیست استانداردها و نقشه‌های مشتری و تست پلن‌ها و طرح بسته‌بندی.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنا با Assurance ،PPAP، برنامه‌های نقشه کشی و FMEA.
• آشنایی با SPAS ،SQA ،Survey Plant.
• آشنایی با استانداردهای صنعت خودرو نظیر TS و IATF.
• تفکر تحلیلی.
• تفکر خلاقانه.
• علاقه‌مند به تحقیق و جستجو.

- Preparation of documentation, implementation methods and instructions related to APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Pokayoke engineering unit.
- Preparation and updating of engineering documents to obtain product approval.
- Preparation and standardization of production instructions according to engineering documents .
- Codification and notification of research and development projects and results at the level of the involved units in order to create technical, human, program preparation regarding future methods and products.
- Continuous updating of the list of standards and map customer and testing plans and packaging design. Required skills: - familiar with Assurance, PPAP, drawing programs, FMEA. - familiar with SPAS, SQA, Survey Plant.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards such as TS and IATF.
