گروه صنعتی طبیعت ماکان جهت تکمیل تیم بازرگانی خارجی در هلدینگ دارویی که در حوزه واردات مواد اولیه و تولید دارو فعالیت دارد از علاقه‌مندان به فعالیت در صنعت دارو در ردیف شغلی کارشناس بازرگانی خارجی (واردات) دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید.
مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:
- شناسایی، ارزیابی، مذاکره و پیشنهاد عقد قرارداد با تأمین‌کنندگان حوزه مواد اولیه دارویی.
- انجام کلیه امور مربوط به ثبت سفارش، خرید، ترخیص کالا، بیمه، بازرسی و حمل‌ونقل.
- تدوین و نظارت بر انواع قراردادها.
- آنالیز پرفورما و مدیریت حساب‌ها.
- تخصیص، خرید و انجام حواله ارزی.
- پیگیری امور مرتبط در سازمان‌ها و نهادهای ذیربط.
سایر اطلاعات مورد نیاز:
- محل کار:غرب تهران، کیلومتر 9 جاده مخصوص تهران ـ کرج.
- روزهای کاری: شنبه تا پنجشنبه.
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری مرتبط در حوزه واردات مواد اولیه دارویی.
- حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مدیریت بازرگانی بین‌الملل یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
- دارای کارت پایان خدمت (معافیت دائم غیر پزشکی).
- حداکثر سن: 40 سال.
شایستگی‌ها:
- مسلط به سامانه جامع تجارت و EPL.
- مسلط به منبع‌یابی و قوانین تجارت و اینکوترمز.
- آشنایی با آماده‌سازی اسناد حمل ظهرنویسی و دریافت کد ساتا.
- مسلط به اسناد تجاری و گمرکی.
- مسلط به مقررات صادرات و واردات، قانون امور گمرکی و مقررات ارزی بانک مرکزی در حوزه واردات.
- آشنایی با بیمه‌نامه‌های باربری، فرایند بازرسی و حمل‌ونقل و کشتیرانی.
- مسلط به اصول و فنون مذاکره.
- توانایی کار با نرم‌افزار اکسل.
- مسلط به مکاتبات تجاری.
- مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.

Key responsibilities:
• Identifying, evaluating, negotiating and proposing contracts with suppliers in the field of pharmaceutical raw materials
• Carrying out all matters related to order registration, purchase, clearance, insurance, inspection and transportation and transfer
• Compilation and supervision of all types of contracts
• Performa analysis and account management
• Allocation, purchase and making of foreign exchange transfers
• Follow-up of related matters in relevant organizations and institutions
< br>Eligibility conditions:
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of import of pharmaceutical raw materials
• At least a bachelor's degree in international business management and other related fields of study
• With a termination of service card (permanent non-medical exemption) )
• Age: maximum 40 years
Competencies:
• Mastery of the comprehensive trade system and EPL
• Mastery of sourcing, trade laws and Incoterms
• Familiarity with ready Creating endorsement documents and receiving SATA code
• Mastery of commercial and customs documents
