• مدیریت فرآیند جذب و استخدام کارکنان جدید.
• برگزاری مصاحبه و ارزیابی متقاضیان.
• تهیه و نگهداری اسناد و مدارک پرسنلی.
• برقراری ارتباط موثر با سایر بخش‌ها برای پاسخ به نیازهای منابع انسانی.
• تحلیل و ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان.
• پیگیری و اجرای قوانین و مقررات کار.
• آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با نرم‌افزار حضور و غیاب PW Kara.
• توانایی کار در محیط تیمی.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر.

Prozen Industrial Manufacturing Company in the automotive industry is looking for a human resources expert who can improve recruitment and hiring processes and help the company in managing human resources.

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment process management and recruiting new employees
- Conducting interviews and evaluating applicants
- Preparation and maintenance of personnel documents
- Effective communication with other departments to respond to human resource needs
- Analysis and evaluation of employee performance

- Training and development of human resources

Competencies:
- Degree in human resource management and public administration
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
