* Direct interactions with customers
* Designing and implementing the company's strategy and approaches according to the analyzes carried out in interaction with the relevant units of the organization
* Planning programs and projects in order to interact with potential customers.
* Analyzing and providing feedback reports according to standard frameworks
* Investigation and troubleshooting of customer communication processes and shopping experience
Eligibility conditions
* At least a bachelor's degree in marketing management, business management, or additional rounds of MBA, DBA
* Proficient in identifying, evaluating and ranking customers similar to LRFM.
* Experience in CRM management, especially in the luxury and expensive goods group or the clothing industry
* Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
* Skill in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
