کارشناس پیمان و رسیدگی | Contract Expert

● محدودۀ سنی: 25 تا 35 سال.
● داشتن مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی عمران یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
● داشتن حداقل سه سال سابقۀ کاری مرتبط. 
● آشنایی با متره و برآورد آیتم‌های ساختمانی.
● آشنایی با فهارس بها و نرم‌افزارهای اکسل و تدبیر.
● آشنایی با قوانین بیمه و مالیات قراردادهای پیمانکاری و تدارکاتی.
● آشنایی با نحوه تدوین شرایط خصوصی پیمان.
● آشنایی با نحوه تدوین پیوست‌های هر قرارداد شامل اسناد و مدارک اصلی، نقشه‌ها، ضوابط HSE، منشور پروژه و غیره.
● آشنایی با لوایح تأخیرات، تعدیل، قیمت جدید و غیره.

رسیدگی و بررسی صورت وضعیت پیمانکاران
رسیدگی به صورتجلسات پیمانکاران
پیگیری امور مربوط به قراردادها
استعلام قیمت از پیمانکاران

شرایط احراز:

تحصیلات: کارشناسی/ کارشناسی ارشد مهندسی عمران و سایر رشته های مرتبط
حداقل 3 سال سابقه کار مرتبط
آشنایی با متره و برآورد آیتم های ساختمانی
آشنایی با نحوه تدوین شرایط عمومی و خصوصی پیمان و قراردادها
آشنا به کلیه امور و رویه مناقصات
قوی در تحلیل قراردادها
آشنایی با فرآیند استعلام ارزیابی کیفی پیمانکاران و تامین کنندگان
آشنایی با تنظیم و بررسی صورت وضعیت ها،صورت مجالس،دستور کارها
آشنایی با نرم افزارهای تدکار، تدبیر، تکسا
محل کار : غرب تهران (هوانیروز)
ساعت کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه 08:00 تا 18:00 و پنج شنبه ها 08:00 تا 14:00

● Familiarity with bills for delays, adjustments, new prices, etc.

Qualifying conditions:

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in civil engineering and other related fields
At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Familiarity with meters and estimation of construction items
Getting to know how to formulate general and private conditions of agreements and contracts
Familiar with all matters and procedures of tenders
Strong in contract analysis
Familiarity with the inquiry process of quality assessment of contractors and suppliers
Getting to know how to set up and review status statements, assembly statements, and agendas
Familiarity with Tadkar, Tadbir, Texa software
Place of work: west of Tehran (Hava Nirouz)
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 08:00 to 18:00 and Thursdays 08:00 to 14:00
