حسابدار خرید | Purchasing Accountant

مسئولیت‌ها:

• ثبت و رصد تراکنش‌های مالی مرتبط با خرید کالا یا خدمات در سیستم حسابداری.
• تهیه و تنظیم صورت‌های مالی مربوط به فعالیت خرید و فروش شامل فاکتورها، فیش‌ها و سند‌های مختلف.
• بررسی و برآورد هزینه‌ها و درآمدهای مربوط به عملیات خرید.
• بررسی و تحلیل گزارشات مالی مرتبط به عملیات خرید ارائه توصیه‌های مربوط به بهبود عملکرد و کاهش هزینه.
• مدیریت روند صدور فاکتورها، استعلام قیمت‌ها و پرداخت بدهی‌های مربوط به تراکنش‌های خرید.
• حفظ و ذخیره‌سازی اسناد و مدارک مالی مربوط به عملیات خرید به صورت منظم.
• رصد تغییرات قوانین و مقررات مالی و مالیاتی مرتبط با فعالیت خرید و اعمال و رعایت آن‌ها.
• همکاری با سایر بخش‌های سازمان مانند تولید برای بهبود فرآیند خرید و حصول بهره‌وری بیشتر.

• مسلط به اکسل.

مهارت‌های مورد نیاز:

• مسلط به امور انبارگردانی.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی و گزارش‌دهی مالی.
• توجه به جزئیات و داشتن دقت بالا.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر.
• توانمند در مدیریت زمان و سازماندهی.
• صداقت و پایبندی به اصول اخلاقی.

Responsibilities: - recording and monitoring financial transactions related to the purchase of goods or services in the accounting system - preparation and adjustment of financial statements related to buying and selling activities, including invoices, receipts and various documents - Reviewing and estimating costs and revenues related to purchasing operations
- Reviewing and analyzing financial reports related to purchasing operations, providing recommendations related to improving performance and reducing costs
- Managing the process of issuing invoices, asking prices, and paying debts related to purchase transactions
- maintaining and storing financial documents and documents related to purchase operations on a regular basis
- monitoring and awareness of changes in financial and tax laws and regulations related to purchase activity and their application and compliance
