شرح کلی موقعیت شغلی:

سرپرست دیجیتال مارکتینگ مسئول برنامه‌ریزی، اجرا، نظارت و تحلیل کلیه فعالیت‌های بازاریابی دیجیتال با هدف جذب لید، افزایش فروش، رشد برند و ارتقای تعامل آنلاین در بسترهای مختلف از جمله اینستاگرام، سایت، گوگل و تبلیغات آنلاین است.

شرح وظایف اصلی:

تدوین استراتژی دیجیتال مارکتینگ:

• طراحی کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی 360 درجه با تمرکز بر فروش خدمات کلینیک.
• تدوین برنامه‌های کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت بازاریابی دیجیتال.
• تنظیم تقویم کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی، پروموشن‌ها و مناسبت‌های سال.

مدیریت تیم دیجیتال:

• هدایت و هماهنگی تیم‌های محتوا، ادمین‌ها، گرافیست، تدوین‌گر و تبلیغات.
• ارزیابی عملکرد اعضای تیم و گزارش‌گیری منظم.
• جذب و آموزش نیروهای مورد نیاز در تیم دیجیتال.

نظارت بر اجرای محتوا و تبلیغات:

• بررسی و تایید محتوای تولیدشده برای اینستاگرام، سایت و سایر پلتفرم‌ها.
• نظارت بر کمپین‌های اینستاگرام، گوگل ادز، پیامک، واتساپ و تبلیغات ری‌مارکتینگ.
• ارزیابی مستمر اثربخشی کمپین‌ها و پیشنهاد بهینه‌سازی.

تحلیل داده‌ها و گزارش‌دهی:

• تحلیل دقیق آمار لید، فروش، نرخ تبدیل، تعامل، هزینه به‌ازای هر لید و بازگشت سرمایه (ROI).
• ارائه گزارش‌های هفتگی و ماهانه به مدیریت.
• تصمیم‌گیری داده‌محور برای بهبود کمپین‌ها و فعالیت‌ها.

همکاری با تیم فروش و مشاوره:

• ایجاد هماهنگی میان تیم دیجیتال و تیم فروش برای افزایش نرخ تبدیل لید.
• تدوین و بهینه‌سازی مسیر لید تا فروش (Customer Journey).

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل 5 سال سابقه در دیجیتال مارکتینگ ترجیحاً در حوزه زیبایی، سلامت یا خدمات.
• تسلط کامل به اینستاگرام، گوگل ادز، Meta Ads ،SEO ،CRM و ابزارهای تحلیل (Google Analytics ،Meta Business Suite و غیره).
• مهارت بالا در تدوین استراتژی، مدیریت تیم و حل مسئله.
• توانایی در نگارش و تولید محتوای تبلیغاتی (Copywriting).
• روحیه رهبری، دقت بالا، سرعت در اجرا و مسئولیت‌پذیری.
• تحصیلات مرتبط با بازاریابی، مدیریت، یا فناوری اطلاعات (امتیاز مثبت).

Overall job description:
Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and analyzing all digital marketing activities aimed at attracting lead, increasing sales, brand growth and promoting online interaction in various platforms including Instagram, Site, Google and online advertising. • Adjust the calendar of advertising campaigns, promotions and occasions of the year
2. Digital Team Management:
• Coordination and coordination of content teams, administrators, graphic artists, editors and advertising

Content and Advertising:
• Review and confirm content generated for Instagram, Site and Other platforms
• Monitoring Instagram Campaigns, Google Adies, SMS, WhatsApp & Rebarketing Advertising
• Continuous evaluation of campaign effectiveness and optimization suggestion
Return of Capital (ROI)
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to management
• Data -based decision -making to improve campaigns and activities
5. Collaboration with Sales and Consulting Team:
• Coordinate between digital team and sales team to increase Leed conversion rate
• Editing and optimizing Leading Route (Customer Journey:
Digital Marketing, preferably in beauty, health or service
• Full mastery of Instagram, Google Ads, Meta ADS, SEO, CRM and analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• High skills in strategy formulation, team management and problem -solving content. (Copywriting)
• Leadership, high accuracy, speed in implementation and responsibility
• Marketing, Management, or Information Technology Education (Positive Score)
