- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, follow up on pricing inquiries, and lead commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Finance, Logistics) to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade shows.
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments according to contract terms.
- Prepare analytical reports on sales performance, market trends, and improvement strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage customer relationships.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
- High level of organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a strong advantage.
