You'll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology stack alongside some of the brightest minds in the field, all while expanding your skillset and staying ahead of the curve.What You'll Do:Monitor and optimize system performance for scalability and high availability.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues.Provide on-call support for the development team and respond to critical incidents.Stay on top of industry trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance the team's effectiveness.Implement and manage configuration management tools to ensure consistency and reliability across environments.Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure visibility into system health and performance.Develop and maintain incident management processes such as triage and escalating and also conducting post-mortem reports.Partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for infrastructure as code (IaC), automated provisioning, and orchestration.Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated software delivery, including building, testing, versioning and deploying applications.Collaborate with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable DevOps processes and solutions.What We're Looking For:Familiarity with Git and branching strategies.Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration.Experience with log management tools (e.g., Splunk) is a plus.In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles and practices (CI/CD).Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Hands-on experience with infrastructure provisioning tools (e.g., Ansible).Experience with message queuing tools (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles, preferably in a cloud-based environment.Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash or Python or Golang) for automation and configuration management.Proven experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD or similar tools.)Knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices, and the ability to configure and maintain secure infrastructure environments.
