Position Overview:

As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of our online sales strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker and passionate doer with a hands-on approach to managing our ecommerce platforms, enhancing user experience, driving traffic, and increasing conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies to achieve business goals.

Manage and optimize our ecommerce website(s) and other online sales channels.

Oversee product listings, inventory management, and pricing strategies.

Work closely with the marketing team to plan and implement marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.).

Analyze and report on ecommerce performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales, etc.) and use data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey.

Hire and Lead a team of ecommerce specialists, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, customer service, and IT to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

At least Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Entrepreneurship and related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management or related fields, preferably in Beauty industry.

Proven track record of increasing online sales and optimizing user experience.

Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (preferrably WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools.

Working knowledge in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.).

Familarity with php, javascript or java is a plus.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Strong negotiation skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
