Job description:
Implementation of personnel training needs assessment process, planning and preparation of training calendar
Designing and implementing comprehensive career development and training programs using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Results Objectives (OKR).
Creating and implementing competency-based performance management systems
Designing and implementing succession plans for key positions in the organization
Implementation of talent management and career development processes
Collect, analyze and interpret HR data to identify trends and patterns
Preparing management reports to present to senior managers
Job Requirement:
graduated in industrial engineering, management or other related fields
Proficient in training processes including needs assessment, planning and design, implementation and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of education
Familiarity with ISO 10015 standard requirements
Familiarity with performance evaluation models and succession processes
Ability to analyze training data and provide related reports
At least 4 years of related work experience in the field of training and development of human resources
