معاون مدیرعامل | Deputy CEO

شرکت نرم افزاری معتبر ما به دنبال فردی مستعد، پویا و با تجربه برای تصدی پست قائم مقام مدیرعامل است. این فرد باید توانایی مدیریت تیم‌ها، هماهنگی فعالیت‌ها و پیشبرد اهداف استراتژیک شرکت را داشته باشد و به مدیریت محصول، فروش و منابع انسانی مسلط باشد.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• پشتیبانی از مدیرعامل در اجرای استراتژی‌های کلان و خرد شرکت.
• نظارت و هدایت تیم‌های مختلف شرکت برای رسیدن به اهداف تعیینی.
• توسعه و بهبود فرآیندهای داخلی شرکت.
• حفظ روابط با مشتریان و شرکای تجاری.
• پیگیری روندهای بازار و پیشنهاد راهکارهای جدید.
• مدیریت محصول و راهبری فروش به منظور دستیابی به اهداف تجاری.
• مدیریت منابع انسانی و ارتقای فرهنگ سازمانی.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مدیریت، مهندسی نرم‌افزار یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه مدیریتی. 
• توانایی رهبری و انگیزش تیم‌ها.
• مهارت‌های برقراری ارتباط قوی و روابط عمومی عالی.
• آشنایی با روندها و تکنولوژی‌های روز در حوزه نرم‌افزار.
• مسلط به مدیریت محصول، فروش و منابع انسانی.
• تفکر سیستمی، استراتژیک و انتقادی بالا.

Our reputable software company is looking for a talented, dynamic and experienced person to hold the position of Deputy CEO. This person must have the ability to manage teams, coordinate activities and advance the strategic goals of the company and be proficient in product management, sales and human resources.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the CEO in implementing strategies macro and micro of the company
supervision and guidance of different company teams to achieve the set goals
development and improvement of the company's internal processes
creating and maintaining relationships with customers and business partners
following market trends and proposing new solutions
Product management and sales management in order to achieve business goals
Management of human resources and promotion of organizational culture
Requirements:
A degree in management, software engineering or related fields
Work experience of at least 5 years in managerial positions
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Strong communication skills and excellent public relations
Familiar with current trends and technologies in the field of software
Mastery of product management, sales and human resources
Having high systemic, strategic and critical thinking.
