مسئولیتها
• طراحی و اجرای استراتژی دیجیتال مارکتینگ برای هتل و رستوران
• مدیریت و بهینهسازی تبلیغات Google Ads و Google Hotel Ads جهت افزایش رزرو مستقیم
• تحلیل دادهها با GA4 و Looker Studio و ارائه گزارشهای ROI
• بهینهسازی وبسایت، موتور رزرو و محتوای آنلاین (SEO, AEO, GEO)
• مدیریت حضور در OTAها (Booking, Expedia, Agoda, Ostrovok) و کاهش وابستگی به آنها
• همکاری با تیمهای رزرو، رستوران و اسپا در اجرای کمپینهای فصلی

شرایط مورد نیاز
• حداقل 3 سال تجربهی دیجیتال مارکتینگ در هتل، گردشگری یا برندهای لوکس
• سابقه موفق در افزایش رزرو مستقیم و کاهش OTA
• تسلط به Google Ads, Google Hotel Ads, SEO, GA4, CMS
• آشنایی با کانال منیجرها و OTA extranets
• تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی (گرجی یا روسی مزیت محسوب میشود)

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager / Specialist with proven expertise in hospitality marketing, Google Ads, and direct booking growth. This role is central to elevating our digital presence, optimizing revenue across all channels, and ensuring that our hotel remains among the top boutique destinations in Tbilisi.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with hotel and restaurant revenue goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Google Hotel Ads to increase direct bookings.
• Identify and prioritize digital channels to attract target travelers, expats, and locals.
• Implement SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to ensure the hotel ranks at the top of search engines and AI-driven results.
2. Data Analysis & Campaign Optimization
• Monitor and analyze traffic, conversions, and engagement using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Looker Studio.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights to maximize ROI across all channels.
• Set clear goals, timelines, and KPIs for direct bookings, ADR growth, restaurant covers, and spa reservations.
3. Website & Content Management
• Coordinate website development and enhancements, including CMS management, UI/UX improvements, content publishing, and speed/security optimization.
• Ensure seamless booking engine integration and mobile-first optimization.
• Publish seasonal offers, F&B promotions, and spa packages to maximize guest engagement.
4. OTA & Channel Manager Optimization
• Review and optimize channel manager connections (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Ostrovok, etc.) to ensure parity and maximize visibility.
• Implement strategies to reduce OTA reliance by shifting bookings toward direct channels.
• Monitor competitor pricing, positioning, and reviews to maintain a Top 5 boutique hotel ranking in Tbilisi.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration
• Work closely with reservations, restaurant, and spa teams to align digital campaigns with seasonal promotions and guest experiences.
• Support the sales team with digital assets and targeted campaigns for groups, corporate clients, and events.
6. Monitoring Trends & Emerging Technologies
• Stay up to date with the latest hospitality marketing trends and emerging tools.
• Test and implement AI-driven marketing solutions, automation platforms, and retargeting campaigns to keep the hotel ahead of competition.
• Drive innovation in digital guest engagement and brand positioning.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing for hotels, hospitality, or luxury consumer brands.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing direct website bookings and reducing reliance on OTAs.
• Expertise in Google Ads & Google Hotel Ads with measurable ROI.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO and digital visibility optimization.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, CMS management, and booking engine integrations.
• Familiarity with channel managers, PMS, and OTA extranets.
• Data-driven with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Georgian or Russian is a plus.
