• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی پلیمر با گذراندن دوره‌های کنترل کیفیت.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار کنترل کیفی در حوزه تولید.
• مسلط به کامپیوتر، اینترنت و نرم‌افزارهای مربوطه از قبیل آفیس.
• آشنایی با پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های مدیریت کیفیت.
• توانایی مشارکت در کارهای تیمی و هدایت تیم‌های کاری.
• اعتماد به نفس و قدرت تصمیم‌گیری.
• قابلیت رهبری و سازماندهی.
• تسلط کامل به دانش و اطلاعات به‌روز در زمینه کیفیت.

• تدوین اهداف و برنامه کیفیت واحد کنترل کیفیت و پیشنهاد آن به مدیریت ارشد.
• تلاش در جهت تحقق اهداف و برنامه‌های کیفیت و گزارش دهی به مدیریت ارشد.
• همکاری در شناسایی ریسک‌ها و فرصت‌های فرآیندهای سازمان و تلاش در جهت کنترل آن‌ها.
• مستندسازی سیستم مدیریت و محصول.
• تدوین فرم‌های کنترل کیفیت، دستورالعلم‌ها و روش‌های اجرایی مرتبط.
• همکاری در تعیین فرآیندهای مرتبط با کنترل کیفیت.
• همکاری با واحد فنی و مهندسی در تدوین طرح کیفیت محصول یا خدمات شامل اطلاعات خرید محصول، مشخصه‌های کنترلی محصول، روش‌های آزمون و بازرسی، طرح بسته‌بندی و غیره.
• نظارت بر انجام بازرسی‌های ورودی ـ نهایی ـ حین تولید توسط بازرسین.
• تهیه گزارش از وضعیت کنترل کیفی محصولات و خدمات و ارائه به مدیریت ارشد.
• تحلیل گزارش‌ها و داده‌های مرتبط باکیفیت محصولات و خدمات و تصمیم‌گیری جهت بهبود وضعیت.
• درخواست اقدامات اصلاحی و پیشگیرانه جهت حذف عدم انطباقهای بالفعل و بالقوه.
• کنترل محصول نامنطبق شامل تعیین تکلیف اقلام نامنطبق ورودی، محصول نیمه ساخته و محصول نهایی نامنطبق.
• تعیین نیازهای آموزشی کارکنان و اعلام به واحد آموزش.
• نظارت بر فعالیت‌های بازرس کنترل کیفیت و مدیر آزمایشگاه (در صورتی که آزمایشگاه داخلی زیر نظر کنترل کیفیت فعالیت می‌نماید).
• همکاری در ارزیابی اولیه و عملکرد تأمین‌کنندگان سازمان.
• انجام سایر وظایف محوله از سوی مدیرعامل.
• برقراری ارتباط با واحد فروش.
• مشارکت در رفع مشکلات کیفی خطوط تولید با توجه به دستورالعمل و روش اجرایی تولید محصول.
• ارایه پاسخ شکایات دریافت شده توسط واحد بازاریابی منطبق با روش اجرایی رسیدگی به شکایات.
• ثبت داده‌های مرتبط با عدم انطباق محصولات و تعیین تکلیف هر یک از اقلام نامنطبق به تفکیک محصولات در بازه یک ماهه.
• موقعیت جغرافیایی در محدوده شهرک صنعتی پایتخت است.

Eligibility requirements: • Having a bachelor's or master's degree in polymer with passing quality control courses • At least five years of work experience: quality control in the field of production • Proficiency in computers, the Internet, and related software such as office
