مدیر مالی | Financial Manager

شرح شغل و وظایف:

• توسعه سیاست‌ها، رویه‌ها و کنترل‌های مالی.
• نظارت بر تمام عملیات مالی، از جمله بودجه‌بندی، پیش‌بینی، حسابداری و گزارش مالی.
• همکاری در تهیه و تنظیم خط مشی‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های مالی.
• کنترل و نظارت بر وجوه نقـد و سایر دارایی‌های پولی.
• اعمال نظارت و کنترل به منظور حسن اجرای مقررات، دستورالعمل‌ها و بخشنامه‌های مالی در واحدهای مختلف.
• برنامه‌ریزی و سازماندهی به منظور انجام وظایف مختلف امور مالی شـرکت.
• نظارت بر عملکرد مالی و تهیه گزارش‌های منظم برای مدیرعامل و هیئت مدیره.
• راهنمایی و پشتیبانی مالی به مدیریت ارشد و سایر بخش‌ها.
• نظارت بر انجام تعهدات قانونی شرکت از قبیل: ارسال اظهارنامه عملکرد، اظهارنامه ارزش افزوده، فهرست معاملات فصلی، لیست بیمه و مالیات.

Job Description and Duties:

_ Develop financial policies, procedures and controls
_ Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting and financial reporting.
_ Collaboration In the preparation and regulation of policies, financial instructions
- control and monitoring of cash and other monetary assets
- exercising supervision and control in order to properly implement regulations, instructions and financial circulars in different units< br>_ Planning and organizing in order to perform various tasks of the company's financial affairs.
_ Monitoring financial performance and preparing regular reports for the CEO and board of directors.
_ Supervising the fulfillment of the company's legal obligations such as: sending performance declarations, added value declarations, quarterly transaction lists, insurance and tax lists
_ Mastery of financial and accounting software
_ Familiarity with advanced financial analysis and budget management
