شرح شغل:

• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش و بازاریابی برای بهبود عملکرد تجاری شرکت.
• مدیریت تیم فروش و بازاریابی و ارائه راهنمایی‌های لازم برای دستیابی به اهداف فروش.
• تحلیل بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید برای توسعه کسب‌وکار.
• برقراری و نگهداری از روابط کاری با مشتریان و سایر ذی‌نفعان.
• هماهنگی با تیم‌های داخلی برای بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای فروش و بازاریابی.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای به مدیران عالی در مورد عملکرد فروش و بازاریابی.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری قابل توجه در زمینه مدیریت فروش و بازاریابی در صنعت حمل‌ونقل لجستیک.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مدیریتی عالی.
• توانایی تحلیل بازار و تدوین استراتژی‌های تجاری بین‌المللی.

Paya Company of Fakher Iranian Group in the transportation and logistics industry is looking for a skilled sales and marketing manager in Tehran. The purpose of this job position is to increase marketing and sales interactions to achieve business goals and increase the company's revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to improve the company's business performance.
- Managing the sales and marketing team and providing the necessary guidance to achieve sales goals.
- Market analysis and identifying new opportunities for business development.

Qualifications:
- Having a degree in management, commerce or business.
- Having high human and administrative communication
- Considerable work experience in the field of sales and marketing management in the transportation and logistics industry.
