We are seeking an Investor Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining transparent communication between our portfolio companies and their future investors. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for financial details, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investor relations strategies and plans.
- Communicate effectively with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present financial reports, press releases, and other communications.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior management.
- Organize and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and events.
- Work closely and effectively with the Corporate Affairs team to produce, and assist in the development and delivery of, key messages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science or business.
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a VC firm or in investment banking.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and work well in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and investor relations software.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to product management or startups is a plus.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
- Enthusiasm for identifying new investment opportunities.
