مدیر مالی | Financial Manager

شرح شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت مالی: تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های مالی دقیق و به‌موقع، بودجه‌بندی و برنامه‌ریزی مالی برای دستیابی به اهداف کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت.
• تحلیل مالی: تحلیل صورت‌های مالی، نسبت‌های مالی و ارائه پیشنهادات به مدیریت برای بهبود عملکرد مالی شرکت.
• نظارت بر عملیات حسابداری: نظارت بر تمامی عملیات حسابداری و تضمین انطباق با قوانین و مقررات مالی.
• مدیریت جریان نقدی: مدیریت وجوه نقد و جریان‌های نقدی برای حفظ نقدینگی و ثبات مالی شرکت.
• مدیریت ریسک: شناسایی و مدیریت ریسک‌های مالی و اقتصادی که ممکن است بر عملکرد شرکت تاثیر بگذارد.
• تامین مالی: برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت تامین مالی شرکت از طریق منابع مختلف مانند وام، سرمایه گذاری‌ها و سایر روش‌های تامین مالی.
• مدیریت دارایی‌ها: مدیریت دارایی‌های جاری و ثابت شرکت برای بهینه‌سازی استفاده از منابع و افزایش بازدهی.
• رهبری تیم: مدیریت و هدایت مالی و ارائه راهنمایی و آموزش‌های لازم به اعضای تیم.

شرایط احراز:

• تحصیلات: حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مرتبط مانند حسابداری، مدیریت مالی، اقتصاد یا مدیریت بازرگانی.
• سابقه کار: حداقل 5 سال تجربه کاری در زمینه‌های مالی و حسابداری به ویژه در سمت مدیریتی.
• مهارت‌های فنی: مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مالی و حسابدار؛ آشنایی با قوانین مالیاتی، بیمه و قوانین کار.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی: توانایی تحلیل و تفسیر داده‌های مالی و ارائه گزارش‌های مالی دقیق.
• مهارت‌های مدیریتی: توانایی رهبری و مدیریت تیم مالی، برنامه‌ریزی و بودجه‌بندی مالی.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی: توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر با سایر بخش‌های سازمان و ارائه گزارش‌های مالی به مدیریت ارشد.
• آشنایی با تامین مالی: مسلط به مباحث تامین مالی، نسبت‌های مالی و تحلیل اقتصادی.

Kerman & Kavian Cable Industries (KCI) is looking to hire an experienced Financial Manager for its office in Tehran. The selected person will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company.

Responsibilities:
1- Financial planning and management: preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, budgeting and financial planning to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
2- Financial analysis: analysis of financial statements, financial ratios and providing suggestions to the management to improve the financial performance of the company.
3- Supervision of accounting operations: supervision of all accounting operations and ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations.
4- Cash flow management: managing cash and cash flows to maintain liquidity and financial stability of the company.
5- Risk management: identifying and managing financial and economic risks that may affect the company's performance.
6- Financing: planning and managing the financing of the company through various sources such as loans, investments and other financing methods.
7- Management of assets: management of current and fixed assets of the company to optimize the use of resources and increase efficiency.
8- Team leadership: financial management and guidance and providing necessary guidance and training to team members.

Qualifications:
1-Education: At least a bachelor's degree in related fields such as accounting, financial management, economics or business management.
2- Work history: At least 5 years of work experience in the fields of finance and accounting, especially in the managerial position.
3- Technical skills: mastery of financial and accounting software - familiarity with tax laws, insurance and labor laws.
4- Analytical skills: ability to analyze and interpret financial data and provide accurate financial reports.
5- Management skills: the ability to lead and manage the financial team, financial planning and budgeting.
6- Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with other departments of the organization and provide financial reports to senior management.
7- Familiarity with financing: mastery of financing topics, financial ratios and economic analysis.
