مسئولیت‌ها:

• ثبت و پردازش سفارشات مشتریان به طور دقیق و به موقع.
• پاسخگویی به سوالات و درخواست‌های مشتریان با ارائه اطلاعات دقیق و کامل.
• پیگیری وضعیت سفارشات و اطمینان از تحویل به موقع.
• همکاری با تیم فروش برای افزایش فروش و بهبود خدمات.
• مراقبت و نگهداری از رکوردها و مستندات فروش.
• شرایط پرداخت: حقوق ثابت + پورسانت.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با مسیرها و مناطق تهران.
• آشنایی با گالری‌ها و داروخانه‌ها.
• سابقه فعالیت در زمینه محصولات آرایشی و مراقبت از پوست.
• آشنایی با ورد و اکسل.
• قابلیت برقراری ارتباط موثر و توانایی حل مسئله.
• روحیه کار تیمی.
• قدرت پیگیری و پشتکار در کار.

Responsibilities:

Record and process customer orders accurately and on time.
Respond to customer questions and requests by providing accurate and complete information.
Follow up on order status and ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with sales team to increase sales and improve services.
Maintain and maintain sales records and documentation.
Payment terms: Fixed salary + commission.
Qualification requirements:

Knowledge of Tehran routes and areas.
Familiarity with galleries and pharmacies.
Experience in the field of cosmetics and skin care products.
Familiarity with Word and Excel.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Teamwork spirit.
Ability to follow up and be persistent in work.
