شرح شغل:

• طراحی پروژه‌ها با نرم‌افزار‌های مربوطه.
• استعلام‌گیری و هماهنگی با پیمانکار.
• بازدید از پروژه و کنترل اجرای درست آن.تحقیقات در فضای مجازی.
• شرکت در نمایشگاه‌ها.ارائه گزارش روزانه به مدیر مربوطه.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته معماری داخلی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط معماری و مدل‌سازی و پرزانته.
• مسلط به فاز 1 و فاز 2.
• مسلط به امور اجرایی.
• مسلط به متریال روز ساختمانی.

امتیازات:

• مدرک کارشناسی ارشد از دانشگاه‌های معتبر.
• سابقه همکاری با دفاتر معماری خارج از ایران.
• سابقه همکاری با دفاتر معماری معتبر داخلی.
• سابقه همکاری در پروژه‌های مطرح.
• دارای پروانه نظام مهندسی.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• مسلط به سازه‌های ساختمانی و نرم‌افزار‌های مرتبط.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزار‌های مدل‌سازی از جمله Revit.
• مسلط به BIM.
• گواهی معتبر دوره‌های تخصصی.

Work history: 3 years of work experience
Educational degree: Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Architecture
Mastery of architectural and modeling related software and Perzante
Mastery of phase 1 and phase 2
mastery of executive affairs
mastery of construction materials

credits:

education: master's degree from reputable universities
record of cooperation with offices Architecture outside of Iran
history of cooperation with reputable domestic architectural offices
history of cooperation in prominent projects
with engineering system license
mastery of English language
mastery of building structures and related software
Proficiency in modeling software, including Revit
Proficiency in BIM
Valid certificate of specialized courses
