• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مذکور.
• روحیه کار تیمی.
• انعطاف‌پذیر و منظم.
• تسلط کامل به مباحث نظام مهندسی.
• مسلط به فاز یک پروژه‌های شهری.
• تسلط کامل به Revit.
• آشنایی کافی با زبان انگلیسی.
