وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• دریافت پیشنهادهای فنی و مالی، بررسی و مذاکره با تامین‌کنندگان.
• پیگیری کلیه امور مربوط به خرید از جمله پرداخت و حمل.
• پیگیری در خصوص دریافت اطلاعات مورد نیاز از تامین‌کنندگان از جمله موارد مربوط به تولید، مدارک فنی، دستورالعمل‌ها، کاتالوگ‌ها.
• پیگیری و ارسال کلیه اطلاعات مورد نیاز تامین‌کنندگان جهت تولید محصول شامل طراحی محصول، لوگو، کارت، گارانتی، دستورالعمل‌ها با هماهنگی تیم‌های مارکتینگ، فنی، خدمات پس از فروش و فروش.
• پیگیری دقیق برنامه خرید و مانیتور مراحل فرایند خرید، تولید، حمل، ترخیص و رسید به انبار.
• ارائه گزارش‌های منظم در خصوص وضعیت سفارش‌ها.
• ثبت و به‌روز نگاه داشتن تمامی فرایندها با امکان گزارش‌دهی آنی.
• ارزیابی سفارش‌ها در زمان اتمام هر پروژه و ارائه بازخورد.
• هماهنگی در خصوص تنظیم قرارداد خرید خارجی با همکاری واحدهای حقوقی و مالی شرکت.
• پیگیری درخواست‌ها و سفارش‌گذاری قطعات یدکی و تجهیزات در صورت نیاز تیم خدمات پس از فروش و کارخانه.
• انجام سایر امور محوله در حوزه وظایف سازمانی از سوی مدیر مربوطه.

• مهارت استفاده از زبان انگلیسی ـ بالاتر از حد متوسط.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receiving technical and financial proposals, reviewing and negotiating with suppliers
Following up on all matters related to purchasing, including payment and shipping
Following up on receiving the required information from suppliers, including matters related to production, technical documents, instructions, catalogs
Following up and sending all information required by suppliers to produce the product, including product design, logo, warranty card, instructions, in coordination with the marketing, technical, after-sales and sales teams
Following up on the purchasing plan and monitoring the stages of the purchasing, production, shipping, clearance and receipt process to the warehouse
Providing regular reports on the status of orders
Recording and keeping all processes up to date with the possibility of instant reporting
Evaluating orders at the time of completion of each project and providing feedback
Coordinating on the preparation of foreign purchase contracts in cooperation with the company's legal and financial units
Following up on requests and ordering spare parts and equipment if needed by the after-sales and factory teams
Performing other tasks assigned within the scope of organizational duties by the relevant manager
