شرح شغل:
- انجام مطالعات بر روی متون علمی و طراحی آزمایش.
- توسعه مستقیم ماده موثره دارویی در محیط آزمایشگاهی.
- کنترل و اطمینان از دقت و جامعیت مستندات مربوط به روش‌های آزمایشگاهی، داده‌ها و نتایج.
- تحقیق و مطالعه بر روی جدیدترین پیشرفت‌ها و روندهای فناوری در صنعت دارو و سلامت.
- تهیه گزارش‌ها و خلاصه‌های مدیریتی به منظور ارائه نتایج تحقیقات، پیشرفت‌ها و پیشنهادات به مدیریت.
- پیگیری و پیشبرد هماهنگی‌های فنی در راستای توسعه پروژه‌های تحقیق و توسعه و تخصیص بهینه منابع.
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل دو سال سابقه فعالیت صنعتی در سنتز ماده موثر دارویی.
- فارغ‌التحصیل کارشناسی ارشد و بالاتر در رشته شیمی آلی از دانشگاه‌های معتبر کشور.
- توانایی جستجو در متون معتبر به منظور یافتن بهترین شیوه توسعه محصول.
- توانایی نگارش دستورالعمل‌ها و پروتکل‌های تحقیقاتی.
- توانایی کار تیمی.
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی.
- روحیه انتقادپذیری.
- توانمندی در حل مسائل.
Conducting studies on scientific texts, experiment design
Direct development of active pharmaceutical ingredients in a laboratory environment
Controlling and ensuring the accuracy and comprehensiveness of documentation related to laboratory methods, data and results
Research and study on the latest Advances and technological trends in the pharmaceutical and health industry

Eligibility requirements
At least two years of industrial activity experience in the synthesis of active pharmaceutical ingredients
Graduate of master's degree or higher in the field of organic chemistry from prestigious universities of the country
Ability to search in authoritative texts In order to find the best method of product development
Ability to write guidelines and research protocols
Ability to work in a team
Having communication skills
