We are looking for a talented UX Designer with 4+ years of professional experience to join our team and help us create stunning and intuitive web applications.
As a UX Designer at Fintranet, you will be responsible for designing user flows and journeys that meet user and business needs, as well as following our product guidelines and best practices. You will work closely with our development and product teams to understand the business requirements and translate them into engaging and effective User Flows. You will also create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that clearly communicate user flow and interaction. You will use Figma as your primary tool for designing and prototyping.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong portfolio of professional design projects highlighting your UX skills and creativity. You should also have experience designing web applications and conducting user research and usability testing. You should be familiar with the latest UX design and Business Analysis trends, techniques, and technologies in the FinTech industry. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and quality.

Responsibilities
- Develop UX frames and prototype the ideas clearly to show feature functions.
- Collaborate with business, product and development teams to understand Problem Statements and Business Requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively present user flows and interactions.
- Be sure designs are consistent with product guidelines and provide a cohesive user experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest Product/UX Design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Conducted user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement by hiring the data-driven approach.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with the product owner and engineering to define and implement innovative product direction, visuals, and experience solutions.
- Executing all UX stages, from understanding the problem statements and business requirements to handing over the final Flows and UXs to the UI Team. Sometimes, we may need you to help the Product Design team to design UIs.
- Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Presenting and defending designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Proven work experience as a UX Designer
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of design tools (Our primary tool is Figma)
- Team spirit; effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- High-level understanding of the major UX Design Principals
- Mid-level understanding of UI Design Principals
