کارشناس ارشد شبکه | Senior Network Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی:
ما در دفتر مرکزی به دنبال یک کارشناس ارشد امنیت، شبکه و دیتا سنتر هستیم که توانایی مدیریت، نگهداری و ارتقای زیرساخت‌های شبکه و مراکز داده سازمان را داشته باشد و همزمان امنیت اطلاعات و سیستم‌ها را تضمین کند. این موقعیت شغلی برای فردی است که دانش عمیقی در حوزه‌های شبکه، مجازی‌سازی و امنیت دارد و علاقه‌مند است در پروژه‌های کلان سازمانی فعالیت کند.
مسئولیت‌ها:
· طراحی، پیاده‌سازی و مدیریت شبکه‌های LAN, WAN و Wireless
· پیکربندی و نگهداری تجهیزات شبکه (Cisco, Mikrotik, Juniper, Fortinet, Sophos)
· مدیریت و مانیتورینگ مراکز داده (Data Center) شامل سرورها، ذخیره‌سازی‌ها و تجهیزات ارتباطی
· پیاده‌سازی و نگهداری از راهکارهای مجازی‌سازی (VMware, Hyper-V)
· مدیریت و مانیتورینگ امنیت شبکه (Firewall، IDS/IPS، WAF)
· انجام تست‌های امنیتی، پایش آسیب‌پذیری‌ها و پاسخ به رخدادهای امنیتی
· طراحی و اجرای سیاست‌های امنیتی و پشتیبان‌گیری داده‌ها
· همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های نرم‌افزار و عملیات برای افزایش بهره‌وری و امنیت زیرساخت‌ها
· مسلط به مستند سازی
شرایط احراز:
· مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد حوزه فناوری اطلاعات
· حداقل 5 سال سابقه کاری مرتبط در حوزه شبکه، امنیت یا مراکز داده
· تسلط به مفاهیم شبکه (TCP/IP، Routing، Switching، VPN، VLAN)
· تجربه عملی در مدیریت دیتاسنتر (Storage, SAN, Backup, High Availability)
· آشنایی کامل با VMware ESXi، vCenter و زیرساخت‌های مجازی‌سازی
· تسلط به راهکارهای امنیتی سازمانی (SIEM, SOC, PenTest)
· توانایی عیب‌یابی و رفع مشکلات شبکه و امنیت به صورت سریع
· داشتن مدارک بین‌المللی مرتبط (CCNP, MCSE, VCP, CEH, CISSP) امتیاز محسوب می‌شود
· روحیه کار تیمی و توانایی مدیریت پروژه‌های فنی

A job description

Responsibilities:
· Design, Implementation and Management of LAN, WAN and Wireless Networks
· Configuration and maintenance of network equipment (Cisco,

· Implementation and maintenance of virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V)
· Manage and monitor network security (Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF)
· Perform security tests, monitor vulnerability and respond to security events
· Design and implementation of security policies and data backups
· Close cooperation with software and operations teams to enhance productivity and infrastructure security
· Fluent in documentation
Conditions:
· Bachelor's Degree or Master of Information Technology
· At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of network, security or data centers
· Mastery of network concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VPN, VLAN)
· Practical Experience in Datacenter Management (Storage, San, Backup, High About)
· Full familiarity with VMware ESXI, VCenter and Virtualization Infrastructure
· Mastery of organizational security solutions (SIEM, SOC, Pentest)
· Ability to troubleshoot and fix network problems and security quickly
· Having relevant international documents (CCNP, MCSE, VCP, CEH, CISSP)
· Teamwork work and ability to manage technical projects
