- پیگیری اطلاعات قرارداد و ارتباط با تامین‌کنندگان.
- تهیه فایل‌های قیمت‌گذاری و تنظیم قراردادها.
- پیگیری اطلاعات قراردادها و ایجاد ارتباط مؤثر با تأمین‌کنندگان.
- مدیریت پروسه سفارش‌گذاری با دقت و توجه به جزئیات.
شرایط احراز:
- مسلط به فرآیند خرید از سفارش‌گذاری تا تحویل نهایی.
- توانایی تعریف وظایف و مدیریت داده‌ها.
- تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی برای مکاتبات تجاری.
- آشنایی با اصول و قوانین بازرگانی خارجی و فرآیندهای پخش.
- توانایی استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه اکسل.
- آشنایی با قوانین گمرکی، تعرفه‌ها، بیمه، و فرآیندهای ترخیص کالا.
- توانایی بالا در برنامه‌ریزی و سازمان‌دهی، دارای نظم در کار و انعطاف در شیفت‌ها.
- تعهد، جزئی‌نگری، و مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا همراه با روحیه تیمی و مشارکتی.
- مسلط به فرایند خرید.
- توانایی آماده کردن فایل قیمت‌گذاری.
