Marketing Specialist (Fintech/Cryptocurrency)

We are a dynamic and fast-growing fintech and cryptocurrency company seeking a Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in (Digital) Marketing. As a Marketing Specialist, you will develop and implement marketing campaigns, create content for various channels, and analyze data to optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Full professional fluency in English is required.
- Passionate learner with multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms, as well as Microsoft Office and G-Suite. Experience in CMS usage is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and growth techniques.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is desired.
- A background in fintech and cryptocurrency is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining a positive attitude and keeping calm under pressure.
- A good team player with a diligent planning approach and a flexible point of view.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Create engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine ranking and user experience.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and analyzing performance.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media and Google platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze data to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth.
