وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• تنظیم لایحه، دادخواست، شکوائیه و غیره.
• ثبت لایحه، دادخواست، شکوائیه و وکالتنامه در سامانه ثنا.
• ایجاد و نگهداری آرشیو حقوقی برای شرکت‌ها.
• انجام امور قراردادهای شرکت (تنظیم، نظارت، اصلاح و تأیید قراردادها).
• نظارت بر کلیه مکاتبات شرکت‌ها و تنظیم مکاتبات مرتبط با امور حقوقی.
• ارتباط میان واحد حقوقی و شرکت‌های مربوطه.
• پیگیری امور حقوقی در مراجع مربوطه در صورت لزوم (دادگستری، ادارات ثبت، ثبت شرکت‌ها، مالکیت معنوی و غیره).

Duties and responsibilities:
Setting up bills, petitions, complaints, etc.

Supervising all company correspondence and arranging correspondence related to legal matters.

At least three years of organizational work experience in a similar position.
