At SYBT company we are looking for Digital Marketing Supervisor who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing communication strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing the creation of marketing collateral to promote our brand, products, and services. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

** Responsibilities:
 
1. To execute the company's marketing and communication Team in the successful delivery of all digital marketing, advertising, design, media and PR communication activities.
2.  Develop and execute comprehensive communication and marketing plans to meet company objectives and drive brand awareness.
3. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using insights to optimize future campaigns and communication strategies.

4. Manage the creation of marketing materials, including website content, and advertisements, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
5. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, and social media, to reach target audiences.
6. Managing the social and design team to develop engaging content for marketing materials, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia elements.

** Qualifications:
 
1. Ability to create compelling and persuasive content for various audiences and channels
2. Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals.
3. Proven experience in marketing communication, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
4. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
5. Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM software, email marketing systems, and social media management tools.
